For students interested in college, we cover the college application process and beyond. From SAT Test Prep to College essays, our college student volunteers are here to pace and lead our High School Juniors and Seniors.

Let’s face it! We need some help, especially in this ever-changing climate. All the rules have changed, even for college admissions. It feels good to know we’re all in this together.

College Application Workshop

Gannon’s College Application 101 Workshop offers students a holistic view of the entire acceptance process, which he deems “vital to a successful application”. In our 101, Gannon discusses essays, recommendations and resumes. This is an opportunity that future applicants don’t want to miss!

Nailing our college essays is no easy feat but with Fiona’s and Andrew’s help, we have a shot! No one loves brainstorming, reading and tweaking essays like these two brainiacs, and they’re here to take our ideas from inside our heads to the page and ultimately to our college applications during the year.

SAT Classes

Twice a year, once in the Fall and once in the Spring, we offer an awesome SAT Prep Class. Each online course includes sessions for each section (4 Math, 4 EBRW, and a timed practice test).

Standardized testing is stressful! To decrease anxiety and improve performance, we have super-smart college students who nailed their SAT’s yesterday here to help us do the same on our exams today.
